1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dah88 platform — including the website at dah88.bet, any game content, betting markets, account features, promotions, or customer support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as dah88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5Bonuses and Promotions

dah88 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal BPL promotions — are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable wagering requirement before any related winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonuses are available to one registered account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as abuse and may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account suspension.
• dah88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a bonus is cancelled, any bonus funds not yet converted to real funds through wagering will be removed from the player's account.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified games and expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired free spins are forfeited with no compensation.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dah88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or pricing errors in betting markets to gain winnings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.

9Limitation of Liability

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond dah88's reasonable control including third-party network outages, payment processor downtime, or force majeure events. dah88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10Account Suspension and Termination

dah88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• dah88 is required to suspend the account by order of a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, court order, or other legal process.
• The account holder has requested voluntary self-exclusion or account closure through the responsible gaming tools or by contacting support.

11Amendments to These Terms

dah88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, dah88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email where an address is held on file. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
